Mercbits (Benbaibry Pty Ltd) started on 20th April 1974,
when Robert Southouse opened for business.

After working for Robert for seven years and having been in the industry for 18 years,
John Louis acquired Mercbits from Robert on the 1st of June 2012.

Today there is still a leading team of dedicated and knowledgeable staff,
making Mercbits Australia’s longest serving Mercedes-Benz dismantler.

We also have a wide range of Mercedes commercial and passenger vehicles
from the 1960’s onwards.
